Step 1 - Preparation Before Registration

Get Ready Before You Register!

Read the Rules: Go through the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Registration of Projects) Regulations, 2018.

Prepare These Documents in Soft Copy (JPG/PNG/PDF Format):

  • Photographs of Chairman/ Directors/Partners
  • Ownership and license documents
  • Agreement papers with authorities(if applicable)
  • Approved building plans and project layout
  • Cash flow statement and project cost estimate

Visit HRERA Portal: www.haryanarera.gov.in

Step 2- Online Registration Process

Create an Account & Start Registration

Step 1: Click on “Project Registration” on HRERA website

Step 2: Create a Login ID & Password (Email becomes your ID)

Step 3: Follow Password policy ( At least 8 characters, must include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters

Step 4: Log in and select “New Project” to begin registration

Step 5: Fill out Basic Details (Project name, location, type, etc.)

Step 3- Filling Applicant & Project Details

Provide Applicant Information & Project Details

Step 1: Fill in Applicant Details

  • Type of applicant: Individual, Company, Partnership, etc.
  • Upload photographs of directors/partners
  • Add details of all board members

Step 2: Complete Form REP-I (A to H)

  • Fill in financial details, legal approvals, and project schedule
  • Click ”Save & Continue” after each section

Step 3: Deposit Registration Fee

  • Calculate the fee as per Rule 3(2) [Rule 3(2) refers to the registration fee calculation for real estate projects, which depends on the size and type of the project, and must be paid via Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque before submitting the application.]
  • Pay via Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque 
  • Online Payment (via SBI E-pay gateway)

Step 4- Uploading Documents & Final Submission

Upload Required Documents & Submit Application

Upload Mandatory documents (PDF/JPG/PNG):

  • Ownership proof (License & collaboration Agreement)
  • Building approvals (Balance Sheet, Non-default certificate)
  • Agreement (Draft allotment letter, buyer agreement)

Preview & Edit Before Final Submission

  • Ensure all sections are correctly filled
  • Once submitted, no changes allowed

Get Your Temporary ID

  • After submission, a Temp ID (e.g., RERA-PKL-1-2024) is generated
  • Use it to track your application status

Step 5- Physical Submission & Approval

Submit Hard Copies & Get HRERA Approval

Step 1:

  •  Print 4 Copies of Application
  • Submit 3 copies to HRERA
  •  Keep 1 for office records

Step 2:

  • Attach Hard Copies of These Documents:
  • Bank Draft of registration Fee
  • Approved plans, layout, and ownership proof
  • Financial and legal documents

Step 3:

  • Submit to HRERA Office
  • HRERA office will issue a receipt
  • Your application is now live for review

Step 4:

  • Track your Application
  • Visit HRERA portal Enter Temp ID
  • Check status updates from HRERA Authority
